- Academic and attendance records, quiz results and instructor notes, once you are enrolled.
- Payment records: amounts billed and paid, and receipts. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and never stored by us.

How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and process applications.
- To run your student account, record attendance and grades, and issue certificates.
- To bill tuition, record payments and send receipts.
- To contact you about your schedule, account and program requirements.
- To keep the records schools are required to keep, and to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who run our systems for us (payment processing, hosting, email), with regulators or accreditors when required, with your instructors for the classes they teach, when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
Student records are kept for as long as the law requires schools to keep them. Enquiries that do not lead to an application are kept only as long as needed to respond.
